20. The EAG host has the right to change or cancel any sports if there are insufficient participants. These participants will be informed and requested to join another sport.

21. The EAG host gives great importance to Fair play in sports. Every team/athlete carries the responsibility for Fair play. The referees will be instructed to make the EAG a Fair play tournament.

22. The central EAG tournament regulations and sport rules will be applied and shared by the EAG host to the sport delegations.

23. The presence of all team captains at the captains meeting is mandatory.

Multi-sport participation rules
24. Participation in multiple sports:
– Athletes may participate in one team sport and one individual sport concurrently, with the individual sport taking priority in the tournament for the individual person.
– An athlete can only participate in a second sport (individual sport) if the team sport has sufficient athletes to meet the required number of players in the field.
– The team sport must have enough substitutes to cover any potential absence of players when the athlete is participating in their individual sport.
Example: If the basketball team has 8 players and requires 5 players on the field, the athlete in the 7th or 8th position can join an individual sport. However, the 1st through 6th players must remain active in the team sport, and the team must have at least 2 substitutes.

25. Support for another sports team:
– If an athlete (from the same Armenian organization) participates in one specific sport and wishes to support another team in a different sport, this is permitted under certain conditions:
The athlete must be registered as athlete with the same Armenian organization at host country for approval to participate in the second sport.
An athlete cannot switch between teams within their own sport (e.g., a volleyball player cannot join multiple volleyball teams).
– Violating this rule could lead to the disqualification of the team involved.
For example, if a second-team volleyball player joins the first team, it could result in the disqualification of that team from the tournament.

26. Cross-Organizational Participation:
– Sport teams can be formed from athletes representing different Armenian organizations.
For example, if players from different countries wish to combine and form a futsal team, they are allowed to do so and register themselves at the host organization desk.
– The mixed-team must register under a single organization, which they must collectively decide upon before participating in the tournament.
Example: A futsal team made up of 3 players from France, 2 players from Italy, and 4 players from Germany must agree upon one organization under which they will compete.

27. All teams (for team sports) and individual athletes (for individual sports) based on the above mention, must submit their intent to participate no later than 10 calendar days prior to the scheduled start date of the tournament. After this period the host has the right to decline the participation for the tournament.

28. All participants should be in possession of Health, Accident and Travel (cancellations) insurances.

29. The EAG host is not responsible for any damage made in the sports arena, hotel, bus or any physical damage during sports. The costs of damage will be recovered from the responsible.
